Being at Deep Peace

Being at deep peace is a state of profound inner calm and contentment that transcends external circumstances. It is a sense of harmony within oneself, where the mind is quiet, and the heart is at ease just sitting in awe of the magnificence before me. In this state, there is an acceptance of the present moment, free from the turbulence of any anxieties, worries, regrets, or fears.

Deep peace arises from a deep connection with oneself and the world, deeply rooted in faith and trust with a complete sense of wholeness. It is not dependent on the absence of any challenges but is instead a steady inner grounding that allows one to navigate life's ups and downs with grace and equanimity. This peaceful state nurtures clarity, compassion, understanding and a gentle strength that radiates through one's actions and interactions with others. In order to find that peace, we have to look inside, extract and release that which is keeping us from that peace. To be the alchemist is to transform the trauma, the pain, the anguish into love, passion and purpose. To be at peace is to be able to understand everything that has happened as an evolution for our soul, providing lessons and wisdom that are needed to step into who we are meant to become.
