Sometimes we don't know where we are going but we have to trust where we are taken. Sometimes we can get lost but have to trust it is where we are meant to be. Know what feels right, listen to that inner guidance, that whisper from within. We never know what we are capable of until we push our own personal boundaries despite how we are being tested. I have found that by pushing myself deeper, into a balancing yoga pose, I find my strength not only of the body but of the mind. The focus and determination that comes from pushing ourselves knowing what we are going for. Have the vision and trust the process.
