Dissolving worry

💙When you are worried about something bad happening, think about how likely that outcome really is. There are a lot of times that I have worried about being late for something because something unexpected came up or my son worried about running out of gas before getting to a gas station or making it to the bathroom on a long stretch of highway with no restroom in sight but it all ended up working out perfectly. Sometimes it was like clockwork and amazed at just how well everything panned out.

In times when the worry sets in is the perfect time to take a deep breath, or several and trust. Trust that its going to work out perfectly. I know I have put myself in a state of panic at times when all I had to do was relax and know that it is going to be ok.

In times of anxiety or panic and unnecessary worry we have to think; .

➡️How often has it this thing you’re worried about happened before? .

➡️Are there more likely numerous outcomes? .

➡️Most of the time, the things we worry about never end up happening so the anxiety we experience causes us unnecessary suffering. .

🌷Learn to catch yourself and release the thoughts that are not true and more importantly not actually happening. Learn to breathe though and dissolve worry which is a waste of time and energy🌺
