•Sleep- 10pm-6am are the prime hours following the circadian rhythm. Getting the deep sleep needed for the body to repair itself, body and mind.

•More Faith, more trust, more hope (less worry & fear)

•Nutrition=High quality food, the least processed and less additives the better. Probiotics. Fermented food (Kimchi, Kefir, Kombucha) If you don’t give your body the nutrition and nourishment it needs it will start breaking down.

•Clean high quality water -glass bottles are best.

•Sunshine, vitamin D and fresh air (sunlight directly activates key immune cells by increasing levels of healthy vitamin D

•Meditation-Just 20 minutes a day protects immunity, reduces anxiety, improve sleep and supports feelings of calm amidst stressful situations.

•Movement, work hard-rest hard, get the blood and lymphatic system moving. Sweat

•Awareness & Mindset- let go of what is out of your control. This also helps with anxiety
